Agreement Summary

  1. Sessions are usually 50 to 60 minutes and start at the agreed time.
  2. Fees, payments, and cancellation terms apply as shown on the website.
  3. Sessions are confidential except where legal or safety obligations apply.
  4. You can request review sessions and can pause/stop therapy at any stage.
  5. For urgent support, use emergency services (999/111/A&E).
