What to expect

I offer a free 15 minute introductory call, so I am able to understand what has brought you to therapy and how best we can work together. There is no obligation to continue.

Some people prefer to work more frequently, perhaps initially choosing sessions on a weekly basis, but I also work biweekly, monthly and ad hoc to suit your needs, resources and our diaries compatibility.

Ways we can work, side by side

  • Feeling more connected to yourself and your relationships.
  • Navigating anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm.
  • Working with trauma responses and PTSD symptoms.
  • Living with chronic illness or ongoing health challenges.
  • Moving through grief, loss, and life transitions.
  • Understanding patterns linked to shame and self-criticism.
  • Rebuilding self-worth, self-trust, and confidence.
  • Making space for all parts of yourself with compassion.
  • Listening to your body's signals with greater awareness.
  • Finding practical supports that help you heal and cope.
  • Growing kinder self-talk and emotional resilience.
  • Aligning your choices with what matters most to you.
